The sterling team behind the Academy and this blog is headed by the creator of The Devilled Egg Barbora Stiess (whose study at Leith’s School of Food and Wine (London) and subsequent Michelin-starred training under Michael Caines enables her to empathise with students and understand their needs and aspirations from both teacher and student perspective), Becci Sargent (foodie with a vast experience in the professional kitchen and one half of the prominent 'Bristol Foodie' blog) and Jessie Wardlaw (as natural in the kitchen as a fish in water, President of the Food Society at Bristol UNI and the creator of the delicious blog - 'forage in the pantry')
